HURST BEST AUTO REPAIR & TIRE

I had an alternator and a battery go out. The alternator was replaced by Hurst Best Auto. The service was good, cost was reasonable and fair. They delivered what was promised. The next day after driving it around the car would not start and I was stranded. I had to have a towed to their shop. They went above and beyond to be available after hours to coordinate this then diagnose and repaired it the next day. It was a battery terminal connection issue. They kindly did the repair at no cost. This was quality customer service. I felt like a valued customer. Omar was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them again. I felt I could trust Omar, the work and the shop. Trust with an auto mechanic shop is very important and often hard to achieve. Luckily I found a good one.

They very quickly inspected my car. this is the third time I've had my car inspected here. my car need a new washer blades with they were able to do for me. This place does to mechanical repair. I recommend it. If you speak Spanish, they are Spanish speakers.

When I say I went through hell and back with my 2016 dodge journey in the last year I mean it!! My car in the last year has been here three times for major fixes and each time these guys had done me well. Very reasonable and very transparent.
